After the metrics, users reflect problems with vendor selection logic, clickable imputs and a long scroll experience

  • Users were having problems with inputs, they were clicking arrows that are not working, creating friction on multi selection
  • Users were scrolling forever to find the right vendor, search bar was not working in alphabetical order.
  • Overview of the transaction doesn’t not highlight the important information.
  • Confirmation Step needs to show the benefits of open an account.
